Despite the rain, the artists gave all–and the fans ate it right up–during the 31st WYCD Downtown Hoedown, which brought dozens of country artists to downtown Detroit this past weekend.
The 31st annual festival kicks off this weekend, with additional performers including Tate Stevens, Craig Morgan, Casey James, Aaron Lewis, Drake White, Parmalee, Maggie Rose, and Charlie Worsham.
“I remember as a kid, my dad was like, ‘You listen to him sing, you won’t ever have to listen to anybody else sing.’ Which is really true. I’ll tell you, George Jones was just amazing,” Phil Vassar said.
Joe Nichols, Jake Owen, Uncle Kracker, Craig Morgan, Phil Vassar, and Aaron Lewis are among the artists announced today playing the 31st annual WYCD Downtown Hoedown in Detroit.
