Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez may make their beautiful music separately these days, but the public will never forget the love they once shared. In a Tonight Show web exclusive, singer and multi-hyphenate Troye Sivan performed a mash-up of the exes’ singles du jour: Bieber’s “Sorry” and Gomez’s “Hands to Myself.”
The musician, actor and YouTuber needed just a drum machine and an electronic keyboard to marry the songs in perfect harmony. This mix comes on the heels of Selena Gomez’s video debut for “Hands to Myself,” which dropped yesterday.
Their lyrics produce a kind of dialogue that Beliebers and Selena Gomez fans alike have already analyzed on social media: Are his lyrics about her? Are her lyrics about him? The world may never know.
