Taylor Swift has added another country singer to her concert squad.
During her 1989 World Tour stop in Kansas City, Taylor invited superstar Dierks Bentley to the show.
The two serenaded the crowd singing “Every Mile a Memory,” together.
After the show, Swift expressed how she’s been waiting her entire life to hit the stage with Bentley.
“Thank you @dierksbentley for singing ‘Every Mile A Memory’ tonight in KC!! You’ve always been so nice to me, and I’ve always wanted to share a stage with you. So much fun!” she captioned a photo on Instagram.
Bentley had thought he retired his lucky boots, but after finding out he was Taylor’s special guest, he had to bring them out of the closet one more time.
“short retirement for my boots! had to bring them back out for this! thanks @taylorswift killer show. the best,” he wrote on social media.
