“The report that Bobbi Kristina Brown has been taken to the hospital in Atlanta, Georgia is accurate,” his lawyer added in a statement. “No additional information will be forthcoming.”

Brown’s current condition is unclear. There are conflicting reports, with CNN noting that she is reportedly in a medically induced coma, while TMZ reports that she has lost some brain function. Three separate sources spoke to E!, one backing up the medically induced coma report and that she was breathing via a ventilator, while two others denied the coma report.

Brown, 21, was found unresponsive on Saturday (Jan. 31) in her Atlanta suburb home by her husband Nick Gordon in their bathtub. Police have since investigated the scene but have not yet released a statement confirming or denying foul play or anything of the sort.

Her discovery comes nearly three years to the day of Houston’s death in a Beverly Hills bathtub on Feb. 11, 2012. The official cause of death was drowning, with heart issues and drug use contributing factors.
