Beyonce & Jay Z Officially Announce Joint Stadium Tour

By Shannon Carlin

OMG! OMG! Bey & Jay are going on tour together!!!

Okay, now that we’ve calmed down a bit about this epic announcement, let’s get to the facts.

Earlier this morning, Beyoncé‘s site revealed that her and her hubby are really touring together this summer, as was reported last week.

The duo’s 16-stadium North American tour, kicks off on June 25 in Miami, FL, making stops along the way in Philadelphia, Baltimore, Los Angeles and Bey’s hometown of Houston, TX.

Unfortunately, as of now, the rumor of the couple playing NYC on the Fourth of July doesn’t seem to be true. But don’t give up all hope, they currently have no shows booked for that day.

Pre-sale tickets for the tour go on sale tomorrow, April 29.

Both Jay and Bey recently finished up extensive tours. Jay finished his 52-date trek behind his latest album, Magna Carta… Holy Grail in January, while Bey wrapped up her Mrs. Carter Show world tour just a month ago.

The two have made it a habit of appearing as surprise special guests at each other’s shows and wowed the crowd with their joint performance of “Drunk In Love” at the GRAMMYs in February.

The couple was recently spotted at Coachella with Jay helping out Nas during his set, while Bey came out to share a dance with her sister, Solange during her set.

This announcement also comes right after Bey was given the cover of Time’s 100 Most Influential People in the World issue because, yes she really does run this world.
