Justin Bieber is detailing his heartbreak and showing off his falsetto with his latest Music Monday release.
On “Bad Day” the Biebz croons about being kicked to the curb unexpectedly, keeping with the same somber tone of last week’s track, “Recovery,” which was also about his devastating break up with Selena Gomez.
But while last week’s track ended on an upswing with Bieber working on getting over his break up, this one has him once again entering a dark place to talk about that fateful moment when she walked out the door. On “Bad Day” Bieber sings, “I didn’t think you would let me down that easy, oh no girl/ And I didn’t think it was over until you walked away, like you were nothing girl.” (Listen below.)
Before the song dropped, Bieber apologized to fans about a little timezone error. Apparently, Bieber, who is off in Brazil, tweeted at fans to go pick up his single. It was after midnight where he was, but not back in North America where fans were freaking out because they couldn’t buy Bieber’s new track.
The singer filmed a heartfelt apology to his fans asking them to forgive his mistake and of course, go pick up his new song once it was actually out.
The mess up also worked in his fans favor, since Bieber treated them all to an a cappella version of the new track. Check it out below.
