Mary J. Blige is getting into the spirit of the season with her first ever holiday album and at the same time, cozying up even closer to her pals over at the Home Shopping Network.
Blige’s Christmas concert is set to air on November 17, with special guest David Foster (Celine Dion, Whitney Houston), who produced A Mary Christmas, and is acting as the music director for the live orchestra set to accompany Blige.
The special will also feature Blige narrating the meaning of Christmas, while giving fans a behind the scenes look of the singer in the studio recording the album.
If fans buy Blige’s 12-track holiday release through HSN, they will receive an exclusive download of six of Blige’s greatest hits including “Be Without You,” “Family Affair,” “One,” “Mr. Wrong,” “Real Love” and “No More Drama.”
