Sometimes it pays to have friends in high places. For Big Sean, this friend is Miley Cyrus.

Today, (August 2) Sean released the video for “Fire,” a song off his upcoming Hall of Fame album, which is due out August 27.

In the video, Cyrus is the main attraction as she struts around in short-shorts, see-through sweaters and metallic two-pieces. Big Sean, on the other hand, only appears for a brief moment–surrounded by flames, of course–making Cyrus the subject to watch.

In fact, aside from a few exploding roses, the majority of the video looks more like a fashion show featuring Cyrus. Watch below.

Cyrus is no stranger to the rap world. In May, she teamed up with Snoop Lion for the duet “Ashtrays And Heartbreaks.” The retro video had her singing over Snoop’s familiar raps.

And then there’s her famous twerk, which has now been immortalized in a Jay Z song. On “Somewhere In America” off Jay Z’s Magna Carta‚Ķ Holy Grail, he raps, “Feds still lurking/They see I’m still putting work in/Cause somewhere in America/Miley Cyrus is still twerkin.” Later, he continues: “Twerk, Miley, Miley, Miley, twerk.”

Cyrus recently visited 92.3 NOW (a station) to talk new music, dream collaborations and why she will no longer be twerking.

“I want people to remember I have a real talent: I’m a singer, I’m not a professional twerker,” she said.

While Cyrus confessed that her dream collaboration would be with fellow Tennessean Justin Timberlake, she looks to Macklemore and up-and-coming Atlanta rapper Future for inspiration.

“[Macklemore] is one of my favorites right now, especially because I’ve gotten to be around him a little bit and I’ve gotten to see him perform a few times at the radio shows I’ve been at,” she said. “I feel like he’s just doing something different, especially his video ‘Thrift Shop.’ It’s almost what I wanted to do with ‘We Can’t Stop.’ I wanted something that felt like something new but also a little old school at the same time, which is why I love what he’s doing with ‘Thrift Shop.'”

Cyrus has worked with Future on her upcoming record and raved about his new song, “S***.” “He’s probably one of my favorite artists,” she confessed. “I’m excited about his next record and him coming up and being on my record.”
