Rihanna may be making waves for her couture Givenchy and Lanvin costumes on her Diamonds World Tour costumes, but she’s also wearing originals by her longtime costume designer Adam Selman.
In a video released on Monday (May 13), RiRi walks us through her second collection for the line, which was created in collaboration with Selman. This time the singer has gone with a mix of styles and fashions, saying, “I made a piece for everybody in my crew. We all have different body types and tastes. Some were braver than others. I think like that because that’s how women in the world are. We’re all different, we all like different things and we all have different occasions, different moods and different body types.”
Fans caught a preview of Rihanna and Selman’s debut collection at London Fashion Week in February. In her behind-the-scenes video, RiRi reveals her reasons for creating her second collection were entirely selfish: she wanted to create something to suit all her needs, from her sexy days to her so-called “fat days.” But it sounds like she’s got a few favorite items already.
“All the stuff that’s made of cotton, that’s the stuff I’m going to live in all the time for sure,” Rihanna said.
The summer collection is available from River Island starting on May 25.
Rihanna is still reportedly serving as the executive producer of a fashion competition show on the Style Network, titled Styled To Rock.
